A couple more computers to give away

Despite trying to get rid of as much junk as possible before moving, I still have too much stuff, particularly of the computer-related kind. Therefore, the following are free to a good home.
  • Apple PowerBook Duo 270c laptop, with Duo Dock II docking station (which contains a lot of nifty stuff that turns the PowerBook into a full desktop Mac, including a second hard disk). Abandoned by an unknown ex-housemate.
  • PC in a full tower case. 500 MHz AMD K6-2 processor, SCSI CD-RW drive, 10/100 Ethernet, Soundblaster Live! 1024 soundcard, Adaptec 2940UW SCSI adapter. It all works, but needs a video card (AGP or PCI) and a hard disk to be fully functional. This was my main PC until just a few years ago.
  • 8MB 72-pin EDO SIMMs, Samsung branded. 4 of them, plus 2 more mystery 72-pin SIMMs of unknown provenance.
Quite a few of the keyboards, CPUs, Unix workstations, and peripherals mentioned in previous posts are also still available to anyone who wants them.

Does the Duo Dock work? Could it be used with a Macbook acquired in 2008? If so, I really could use that!

Thanks.

Ah OK, shame, I do not have a 90s Mac.
